Starting his career in the early 2000s, he’s spent over two decades at the intersection of software, data, and supply chain transformation—designing systems that create real impact. From his early days in data and software engineering to leading large-scale transformations at Microsoft and Tech Mahindra, Kiran has always been drawn to solving the kind of challenges that slow enterprises down.

The rise of cloud computing and machine learning was an opportunity to reimagine how businesses operate. This thinking led to Syren’s first application, a data quality services platform that automates data transformation, reduces manual effort, and sets the foundation for more intelligent decision-making, and what we now know as Optima DQS.

Now, as CEO of Syren, Kiran is focused on helping enterprises break down silos, improve visibility, and make supply chains more adaptive to change. Through his thought leadership, he challenges conventional ways of working and explores how AI, automation, and advanced analytics can drive smarter, faster, and more resilient operations.

From his early days as a mainframe engineer to spearheading large-scale AI, cloud, and data engineering transformations, Vasim has spent over 27 years at the intersection of technology, consulting, and enterprise delivery with companies like Tech Mahindra and HP Enterprise.

He has witnessed industries evolve, business needs shift, and technologies redefine how companies operate. Yet, one thing has remained constant—the need for leadership that bridges the gap between people and technology.

He mastered the technical foundations before stepping into the bigger picture—business strategy, AI and ML-driven transformation, cloud solutions, and large-scale execution planning. As a delivery head and technology strategist, he has been the driving force behind high-stakes implementations, ensuring that innovation delivers measurable impact.

But what truly defines Vasim is his ability to align technology with human potential. At Syren, along with heading data engineering, his expertise in talent management, customer success, and asset optimization, create frameworks that help businesses stay ahead of change.

Sahil Jain

With a computer science degree from India and an MBA from the U.S, Sahil started his journey as career management consultant. Building an exceptional track record in global consulting powerhouses like Accenture and Deloitte, he has garnered deep expertise in supply chain transformation, finance, and digital strategy.

With over 15 years of experience and a portfolio spanning 20+ clients, most of his work circled around large-scale supply chain digital transformation initiatives across APAC, Australia, Europe, North and South America. One of his biggest strengths has been leveraging technology to optimize supply chain costs and enhance profitability. His philosophy is simple yet profound: “Supply chain is nothing but a camouflage for finance.” This perspective and a deep knowledge of supply chain functions and their financial implications, allows him to drive bottom-line impact, ensuring that every operational decision translates into measurable financial gains.

He led one of the largest supply chain transformation programs in the U.S. telecom sector resulting in a recurring annual savings of $200 million. This reinforced his pioneering mindset, driving him to study and anticipate the next five to ten years of industry evolution.

A strategic thinker and a thought leader, Sahil’s expertise lies in bridging the gap between financial strategy endgame and supply chain digital transformation, ensuring businesses don’t just operate efficiently but thrive profitably in the long run.

Salil Gupta

Salil's journey is anything but conventional. After a short stint as an engineer in the merchant navy, he pivoted to technology, earning a master's degree in information systems with a specialization in databases and backend systems. Starting as a database developer specializing in Microsoft technologies, Salil quickly moved beyond code to reimagining how engineering processes could be streamlined, automated, and scaled.

His expertise spans backend development, data operations, business analysis, and program management, with a strong focus on enabling superior, data-driven decision making.

At Tech Mahindra, he took an internal AI/ML data annotation product from concept to $5M in revenue, evangelizing its adoption across the organization. What truly sets him apart is his ability to bridge technical and business conversations—challenging engineering teams to rethink implementation while ensuring solutions align with business priorities.

Now leading Data Engineering Delivery at Syren, Salil is back to his roots, empowering teams to build scalable, fault-tolerant data solutions that fuel intelligent decision-making. His approach is simple: identify cracks in the system, rethink the process, and get buy-in from all stakeholders—engineers to business leaders.

A problem solver at his core, he thrives on re-engineering systems for efficiency, always asking, “How can we make this better?” He’s a leader, a mentor and enabler, committed to growing teams that think critically, collaborate effectively, and build solutions that matter.
